Another party is planned! The Sunday before Memorial Day, May 30th. Hansen Bay Campgrounds, (Just past Vie's Snack Shack) out on the East End. The gate should open around 10:30am and the party will wrap up around 6:30pm. Same as the other parties, food, drink, music, good people, the beach and ocean. I'm not sure on a band, but I will try and find out who will be playing and/or DJ-ing. The price for food is from $10 - $25 (for Caribbean lobster). Hope to see some of you there!

I posted about our Mother's Day at Owen's party. Thanks again, Julie, for the tip. The kids that were there also had a blast. I would strongly reccomend this event for kids of all ages that are on the island!

I'm not sure on the dates of the parties, but I will let you know. I was posting before that there were parties and they would get canceled at the last minute so I'm trying to be careful! Gold, the bartender at the parties, calls me to let me know if one is going to happen. He said there is going to be one for Father's Day, but I am going to confirm that with him on Sunday.

My son LOVES these parties. He is in the water for 5 hours straight, only leaving to eat something and get a new application of sunscreen. You may have seen him JT, he was the one standing in the yellow kayak and paddling around. Once the "bigger" kids take over the iceberg, he tends to give it up. They play king of the mountain, and he knows he's gonna have a hard time winning that one!
