Planning a special trip - maybe Peter Bay- need a resource

The wife half of our travelling friends will be celebrating her 50th birthday next year as well as the college graduation of their son.

Jointly we decided to look for a bigger house and make it an extra special trip. Between kids and parents, we need 5 or 6 bedrooms.

Does anyone has information on which agencies handle rentals in Peter Bay?

We are looking specifically for a walk-to-the-beach type of rental. This trip will include a few first timers and I am weary of playing tour guide/driver/restaurant-decider. I just want to stay put next year and enjoy the house and beach.

A search of the net only yielded the beach house, which is too small and too expensive. It appears that Catered To no longer has 2B in their rental pool.

Thanks for any information you can offer.

2B is closest to beach. Coco de Mer, Delfina and Seacove all have 5 bedrooms but are not on the beach (and its more of a hike than the websites would suggest). I hear that Delfina is the newest and fanciest of the lot. I've stayed only at Coco de Mer. If you need more than 5 bedrooms you can rent Coco de Mer plus either 1 or 2 rooms at Peter Bay Gatehouse which is right next door.

If I ever plan a trip where cost is NOT an issue the short list of villas would include Hawksview Estate. http://carefreegetaways.com/hawksview_estate.htm It's located above Peace Hill and it look FABULOUS!!

Thanks for the information

I think the pool at Hawksnest would give me vertigo! What a view!

Thanks for the information. Iowa - the comment about the walk to the beach is particularily helpful.

We are having dinner tom. night with the of the crew - let the planning begin!
