Was trying to figure out why they put that big wall right by the pool to block the view, and the sun from the pool...but looked further and looks like there is a house right next door..

As owner of Sea Turtle Villa, I want to clear up possible confusion resulting from the recent post referring to the "big wall" by our pool. This 'wall' is actually a lattice fence. When another villa was constructed 5 years ago on the lot next to ours, we erected the fence to block the view of construction. The constructed villa has long been completed and the 'bush/trees' between the properties has grown back to the point where only the roof line of the villa is visible. Over time we and our guests have enjoyed the intimate feel of the pool and deck to the point where we have kept it in place even though its original purpose has long passed. The fence does not block the sun nor does it block our views of the water.

Our villa offers total privacy. Access to the villa next to ours is from the other side of the hill. We have many comments from guests touting the location and privacy offered by Sea Turtle Villa.
