Ok, I didn't want to hijack the island thread but how about off island sightings of celebrities?
I have a good one. My husband was traveling on business. He is in Miami and ends up seeing Frankie Avalon at a bar. Frankie is extremely wasted. He ends up asking my husband and his friend to sit with them.
They end up getting drunk too. Frankie's wife is so thrilled that these "young" guys have recognized Frankie and giving him so much attention.
So by about 2 am, my husband decides it would be a great idea to call me in the middle of the night. Now, you need to know that we had like a 6 month old baby at the time. So I am woken up and really pissed that my drunk husband is on the line. He passes the phone to Frankie, who tells me who he is. Then he says "me and your husband, we've been having some drinks!"
I got extremely pissed and hung up on him (Frankie).
ok, I am a bitch.

Kenny Chesney - 4 times - but only in concert
Saw some ultimate fighting championship dude at the Quiet Mon in March. Have no clue who he was. Some other patron recognized him and went to shake his hand.
I saw that scary guy from the movie GHOST in Las Vegas. You know, the guy that lives at the subway station.
Saw Bob Probert there too. The former Detroit Red Wings player that loved to get in fights. He rode on our plane back to Detroit many years ago.

Huey Lewis in an elevator with my husband. He picked his nose. Huey, not my husband! Hubby was a HUGE fan of his in the 80's and couldn't mutter more than "hey, man"

Does anybody remember Steel Pier in Atlantic City? I was a greeter and a dancer in my teens they drew some pretty good acts, so I met a few.
Davy Jones - one of the nicest guys
The Cowsills- lol, remember them?
Chicago - before Peter Cetera
The Grassroots
The Rolling Stones - I kept my distance.
We did get a meet and greet with Peter Cetera, my daughters favorite a few years back after a concert. Great guy. Very engaging.
Somebody I see ALOT in a town I work is Bobby Rydell. He's a good guy.

In the holding pen of the San Juan airport five or six years ago I met and talked for some time with one of the creaters of
The Simpsons. I am most

to say that I do not recall his name, but he was working on a comic strip at the time and traveling on through Orlando to California. Very nice fellow!
In the 1980s-90s we lived in the same neighborhood as some college coaches. Gator Emmitt Smith was a popular visitor. Another very nice fellow!
There have been a few others, but....
