I love Deli Grotto and usually hit it up a few times a week for take out, but we'll be closer to Coral Bay this time. Anything similar on that side of the island?

It's open! And it's actually called "Big Ben's Deli" now. In the same spot as Big Belly, and is run by a very nice couple.

We met the husband and their two little kids at Maho in March. Seemed like a nice guy. They were just getting ready to open at that point. Hope they do well.

Going to have to agree with jerseyjay on this one, big time.
Amy went ahead and got us a couple of breakfast sandwiches from there last week which were delicious. She couldn't say enough about how nice the folks running it are.
That, coupled with Ken's bloody mary's at Aqua Bistro made for a wonderful morning!

YAy!! Deli option is back in Coral Bay!!! I love Deli Grotto too, but when you're in Coral Bay it's just not as practical to go into Coral Bay for a sandwich to take back to the beaches you just drove past.

Of course it IS vacay and practicality does sometimes go right out the window.

Nice to know we have the option.

FYI -- Lilly's Market carries the BEST bagels (real NYC bagels) -- in their frozen section.

Seriously. Try them and you won't be disappointed!

@Bev-- Oh yeah, there is that. I really hope they reopen the Domino sooner rather than later!
