The guys from the "Beach Party" at Hansen Bay Campgrounds have reserved the beach for Mother's Day May 9th!!! There will be great food, drinks, music, people, the ocean, lots of fun!! It will run from 10:30am until 6:30pm on Sunday May 9th 2010. Should be a ton of fun! Hope to see some of you out there!

Oh my gosh, I wish we could be there! If anyone goes, please report in.... not that I need any other reasons to be missing St. John...

Julie, any idea if there will be a party any time between May 19 - June 2?

I am not sure about any other dates. I don't think they have anything planned other than the Mother's Day party. The guy who runs the bar end of it, Gold (SUPER nice guy, be sure to chat him up) called me to tell me about this one, so I am pretty sure he will call me when they have something planned. I had expressed to him that I was getting a little annoyed about posting on the forums that there was going to be a party and then it would fall through at the last second, and he felt the same way as I did, so now he doesn't really want to say anything unless he is sure it's going to happen. So I will let you know if I get the word!

Gold just called me and gave me an update... Inner Visions will be playing at the party! They are a great local reggae band for those of you who have never heard of them. This is the link to their MySpace page, http://www.myspace.com/innervisionsreggae They will start around 1 pm. a DJ will be playing when the band is not.

inner visions is going to be playing??!!! DAMN! wish we were there--I LOVE those guys.
