What are my options for getting to jost on wed and return on Thursday?
When are you traveling?
At this point private charter or swimming.

Check with someone on the forum and see if you can find some forum friends to share the cost of a private charter with you. We've done that before and met some great people (shout out to Jan & Mike).
Just an idea.
Another option would be to try to aim for the week-ends and shuffle other stuff around if you can.
If you don't make it this time though, there's always next time. Jost isn't going anywhwere
