OK, so it wasn't BB, it was Desperados in Dallas. But good conversation and fun times ensued! Thank you, rpplano and pianogirl for getting us together! Such a great time. Met up with texasmermaid and Mr. texasmermaid. I brought Mr. laurafranks (have to get a better name). Our kids (jr stjohnaholics) came along, too, and put up with all of us "old people" talking about St. John and other assorted topics for 3 hours! My first attempt at posting a picture is below. Not sure I can do it. If it doesn't show up I'll send to rpplano and get him to post for us. Below may be a picture or a link to a picture. Newbie- sorry! Thanks again guys!

SO FUN!! Loved getting with y'all tonight. We're gonna miss y'all at the May 15th get-together but had a blast tonight. Also the JB tailgate.....sweet!!

The May 15th DFW Forum gathering will indeed be at Desperados. Yesterday was to be a dry run because I needed some great Tex-Mex. It ended up being an alternative gathering for two of the DFW forumite couples who will miss the May 15th event. Jake Levy, the GM at Desperados is a Parrothead who has patiently listened to my stories of STJ adventures. Some of you need to email him and urge him to join the forum and start planning an STJ vacation. Here's his contact info:

We couldn't believe how fast the evening flew by - definitely a lot of fun. The stories kept coming and I think our sides are still sore from laughing so much. And now we have to seriously consider going in Feb for 8 Tuff Miles...

Wish we were going to be seeing JB with y'all on May 22. We'll just have to have another DFW gathering in the summer to hear what kind of trouble you get into in May! Hopefully no tractors will be needed!
