USVI-On-Line

I thoroughly enjoy the on-stjohn website. I recently noticed that they no longer list villas for sale on the right hand side of the page. They used to have entries for a bunch of villas for sale, and most had a video about them. I loved perusing the houses looking for just the right one (ha!). I wonder why they aren't listed any more? They may have been gone for a while; I just noticed recently. Were they all sold, or taken off the market or ?? Just curious.

Why buy a villa in STJ??? As they always say if if it floats, flies, or flirts -- RENT it!! That goes double for real estate.

I enjoy looking at villas for sale too (even though I would have to hit the Powerball to even consider it!!) but I like to use www.islandiarealestate.com because they have MLS listings on it and they have a blog too! Happy villa hunting!
