We are pulling together our July trip after shuffling the dates around.

We could get a non-stop on the way home but I was if I should even bother. I remember reading that planes were stopping at San Juan to refuel.

My thinking is if we would need to stop in San Juan anyway, maybe I should book the Cape Air/USAir combo instead of the direct?

There isn't a big difference in price but there is enough difference in times that would lead me to consider one over the other.

We flew out last Saturday with a packed plane for a direct flight to JFK. We did not have to go to San Juan to refuel which I think they had to do a couple of times a few weeks ago.
