List of rental agencies?

Has anyone put together a list of villa rental agencies? When I first started putting together our trip I found a website that listed at least 9 or 10, but I can't find that site and have come across even more since then (mainly from reading the forums).
Since our trip I have a better idea what areas I'd like to check out and would love to go to the sites and search by location.
I'll be happy to put together a list if people will contribute the names of the agencies. Better yet, just help me remember the site that has such an extensive list. TIA

Thanks, JumbieGirl! This is an awesome list! I've saved it for whenever I start planning my next trip. The trip won't be for a few years. But I might start planning next week, or tomorrow, or today!!!

I continue to update that list whenever I find something. I've only made one for villas, etc. I haven't made anything for watersports, car rentals or anything like that. If anyone has a new link for me let me know!

Don't forget about Anthony's list here on the forum. Paid advertisers are a good thing

Pia posted an extensive list of car rental agencies on another forum. Maybe she would be kind enough to post it here too? I've made so many notes on little scraps of paper...I'm trying to get organized. Thanks again,
Diane

I'd add Where to Stay (
www.wheretostay.com)--very nice people to deal with; and also VRBO (Vacation Rentals by Owners
www.vrbo.com), we've rented all over the world through this site with very good experience, and also A1Vacations (
www.A1vacations.com), ditto as for VRBO.
I've become so spoiled with renting condos & villas, I can't believe we ever were content with staying in hotels anywhere!

For about the same price, you get SO MUCH MORE!

The biggest list of almost anything on St. John is at
www.stjohntravelforum.com. You can find car rentals, watersports, etc. etc.
And the biggest list of rental villas is
www.stjohnvillarental.com
Hope this helps.
