Here is George! He will be 13 on St. Patrick's Day. Saw him in a pet store window and couldn't resist many years ago. He is totally deaf now, but listens better than my husband or two sons. He is an awesome companion!

I never call them by their real names!

Sophia (cat) is almost 2. She HATES to be left behind. She hides in under the bed and only comes out to eat, while we are gone. Everyone says "if we didn't see the food disappear, we woudln't know you had a cat".

After we return, it takes 24 hours to coax her out. Look up the words "scaredy cat" in the dictionary and you'll see Sophia!

OK, I've been workin' real hard on it and I finally got this limin' thing down pretty good - can I PLEASE come with you?????



This is Snow - a little Maltese mix - we got him last year as a rescue - - his "family" dumped him after having him for 5 years. He is doing a try-out at his new petsitter's house this weekend - he'll probably think that his people have abandoned him again when we head to STX in April - oh, vey, the GUILT!!!

BTW, how do you size the pix to make them a bit smaller??

Talk about limin'! The first picture is how we usually find him on the couch when we come home, the other picture you can actually see his face. His name is Kobi. (ps - first time I put pics on - hope it works!)

This is Captain. He is a big furry bundle of happiness & the anticipation of returning to him makes leaving St. John a little bit easier.

How many cats until I am considered crazy? Good thing I am not permitted to have dogs. I am a sucker for Great Danes!
I am already worried about leaving them. Family thought I was crazy last year for calling to check on them. Here are my five and I have two more I am fostering right now.
