iPhone App to Use on VIOL Forum

I found an app that works with the VIOL forum software for the iPhone.
It is called Forums Lite. It works very well on VIOL.
You will tire quickly of the popup ads and may wish to buy the non-lite version that is ad free.
1. Go to the App Store, search for Forums Lite (free).
2. Add a new Forum named something like VIOL.
3. Add
http://www.virgin-islands-on-line.com/forum and then login
Pictures are easy to post to, it runs them thru Imageshack. Not seamless but good workaround.
Try it out. I have enjoyed it. Much, much faster than trying to use Safari on iphone.

That's very cool. I just put it on my iPhone. Thanks.

I am seeing that it is not picking up the names of the posters when they reply to a topic. Strange, as it works so well with other php forums.

This is my second try. I'm going to try to include an image from my last trip.

And another one.

This could be good for real time TRa.

Thanks for the tip! I'm finding to be a bit buggy. I tried to reply to this post in portrait view on my iPhone but there was no button to send the reply until I switched to landscape mode. Then the "Send" button appeared all the way to the right. When I rotated back to portrait, it went all wonky...hopefully, it'll get fixed in their next release, but it is still better than having to go through Safari.

Easier than Safari, but still a little 'buggy.' Thanks for the info, I'm an iphone nerd!
