Any thoughts anyone on these 2 villas? I figure that Capiz has better sunset view but love Splendores floor plan and oh my cannot decide.

I don't know anything about these villas so i can't help you there but here is how I do it:

I research and then pick a villa that I think will work well for our needs. Then I book it and never second guess myself.

I have recently learned that the key to my happiness is to not compare.

I don't think you could go wrong with Splendore...we've stayed there three times, and (obviously) love it. It doesn't sit as high up as Capiz (we enjoy being a little closer to the water), but the view is beautiful - including sunsets. Lisa at Vacation Vistas is great to work with and takes excellent care of the property.

We'll be back in August (oldest daughter's getting married on the beach!), but with the number of family members coming, we've rented Eden's Whim to accomodate the masses.
