Early snorkel at Salt Pond. Let us define early. Nine, Nine Thirty. Not that early but early enough. Nice spot under the trees by the trail head to Ram's Head and Drunk. Great snorkel up the left side and out to the center rocks. Turtles, Queen Trigger, Angels both French and Grey, Cuttles (there I spelled it right) rays etc. A small group of youngsters splashed past us doing the 4 minute Salt Pond snorkel and pestered a turtle, but other than that a very pleasant snorkel.

I swear she winked at me.
We went to Skinny's for the Dick & Doug memorial dog. Years ago my friend Dick who loved Skinny's hot dogs got into a conversation with Doug Sica about them. Doug was very proud of them. Since both these fine gentlemen have passed on to even finer establishments, once every trip we have a Dick & Doug memorial dog and a few beers of the moment to go along with them.
We returned to the west end, picked up priority shipping boxes for lightening the load going home. Since Friday is a holiday, we'll have to ship today. Such an ominous event. Picked up a few other staples, rum and Joe's Diner chicken for example, and got home for pool, hydration, chapters, nap and a light dinner.
