Going to the BB Gathering on 4/25 and want to bring Jello Shots for everyone..Show of hands please...Who will be attending so I make enough???

Thanks but we're actually staying in Coral Bay. We only go to Cruz Bay once and that was going to be the day with dinner at La Plancha that night. Maybe there won't be a BB gathering....Oh well, I'll be doing a lot of jello shots!

John and I will most likely be there.

crazy but I have never made jello shots...can you share your technique, ?just pour some rum into a little jello,,what do you make them in? Paper med cups? Anyone experienced for the BB gathering on April 18th??

Seems like there are a few gatherings in the works for the week my wife and I will be there. We are also stayin on the Coral Bay side, so not sure if we'll venture on over to Cruz on the 25th or not. What time do those gatherings at the BB start? If we decide to make the trip, I look forward to meeting you all.

We land the 24th, and are looking forward to meeting Jay & his wife as we're on the same flight!

Jim We won't be there until the 29th, so we'll miss it, but we'll be at the beach bar on May 2nd. Never went there for Jazz night.

I'm comfused now...
Is your forum gathering at the BB now on Sun,the 25th with Bev's? Or are you still having your BB get-together Mon, the 26th...or both days? Will this replace your plans for the get-together at Vie's beach on Tues??

I meant to put this under Jim's "forum gathering" post.

I will commit to being on the beach somewhere near the Beach Bar on Sunday April 25th at around 5pm.
We'll set up our own table somewhere on the beach with the VIOL signs and forum coolies on it and be somewhat identifiable, if not organized.
If you want chairs, bring beach chairs. Neat sheets also work.
If you want snacks, bring those.
Don't bring any jello shots, BevM has that covered.
I am looking forward to seeing everyone.
