Best.Gift.Ever

My friends had a surprise party for me last week, in advance of my birthday, that will be spent on STJ. As a gift, they contacted the Trail Bandit to get this historical map of St. John, got it matted, and had all the guests sign it.
I'm taking it to the frame shop today. The only gift better than this is actually spending my big day in my happy place. I feel very lucky!

Your friends had a terrific idea, and it is a super gift to be personalized thus connecting them to St John, this trip, and that significant birthday. Wonderful!
My husbnad has a framed map of the Virgin Islands from St John Spice hanging in his office... I suspect that his thoughts travel around the islands often, maybe daily.
