Read
www.ditleffpoint.com - call a Real Estate agent and explain how you would like to be one of the "Select Few'" they mention in the advertising - get a tour of the $$$ M lots and then say NO thanks and go snorkeling.

Wow! Development was starting when we were there but I never expected it to be so--errr--developed!!
I am not sure how I feel. I am glad that such a great area is more accessible but it is a little too too.
