Is that a cruise ship off of St. John? Or the car barge and I just haven't caught it going by before?

Minde that looks like a small cruise ship to me. When we stayed at Gallows in January there was a ship that looked like that anchored in that location for two days. I think it is called a Windjammer, but I am not 100% certain on that. Passengers get tendered in to shore on a smaller vessel.
