Shhhh! I've got a secret!

I've been keeping this from all of you for several months now, but with Christmas approaching I just can't hold it in any longer. We (hubby, myself, and two kids) are booked for April break week (16th-24th)!!! They don't know it yet though - the secret will be revealed on Christmas morning. I can hardly wait!!!
April break week in MA (Patriots' week) is a notoriously difficult time to fly anywhere, so I knew I would have to book this early, so I booked the air back in May (AAL BOS-STT nonstop - sweet!). In June I booked a loft studio at Concordia; shortly afterward a Jeep at Courtesy, so we've been all set for several months. To be honest, it didn't feel real at the time, but now, as we're approaching the holiday, it is starting to sink in. I have a STJ family vacation to look forward to! I an just tickled - can't wait for the rest of the family to be as happy as I am right now when the secret is finally revealed!

That is way cool!! Does your hubby know? Looks like a MERRY CHRISTMAS at your house this year. I don't know how you managed to keep this a secret.

We have the same idea! We leave January 7 and my husband still doesn't know. I was going to tell him on Christmas but now I may wait til New Years Eve. He is a builder and has been on "a job from hell" since July. He is so totally stressed out with these customers so I am hoping that this job will be over by then. If not, we could have a problem.

Carol & I are on the same flight from Boston. I'll be the "old guy" in the white Boston hat. You'll have a blast with the kids on STJ. Just got back last week and it's better than ever each trip.

Wow, what a great surprise-how can you hold it in??? We've stayed in a studio at concordia and really enjoyed it-you're going to have a great time!

What a wonderful suprise !! We're there from 17th to 24th staying over in Coral Bay,(look for the people w/the new forum tote bag)
BTW, if going in April think you're clock sticker is off? ours is 4 mos,...weeks,...days

Oh wow chris.....did not realize no one in the family knew!! You are really good at keeping a secret.
I still am shooting for AT least 4 days in April around the time it seems everyone will be there.
I have a place to stay and stuff, just need to see what is going on with school.
