TR showing up on my TR Erased topic..?

FYI-
I have no idea what's going on. I suck at this computer stuff.
I tried to start a 'new topic', and my resubmitted TR showed up again under the former topic.
If you feel like poking around, enjoy the read! I've got no idea what I'm doing wrong.
