All rise...hey I said all rise...We have an important announcement about the newest member of the Coral Bay crowd. Some may already know this but there is a new/recently born donkey. He is a cutie. Got his pic today and the Coral Bay community is very happy about him. Our day started out early as we were headed over to Coral Bay to Vies and to have lunch with friends who live here and do day sailes out of Coral Bay, Rick and Robin Gallup or boat "Long Distance". Vies daughter was in the shack collecting and cooking. This is one great beach folks. You must put this on your list to visit...but don't tell anybody about it.We had a great snorkel out the far right side all the way out to the outer reef area. Great fish and good pic's. I looked for seahorse but didn't get lucky this time. Weather again is fantastic. mid 80's. Water temp is 84ish. I must say I am really liking what I am seeing underwater. The coral seems to be coming back and the amount of juveniles is a wow. I don't like it that the water temp is this high but it really makes swimming great.
We went over to Skinnys for lunch and I rang the bell for Howie and put a kiss on his plaque. Some of the folks wanted to know what was going on so I had to fill them in. Thank the Lord the chef knew me and was there the day we put it up so no issues with having to buy drinks for the bar. Please ring it when you go and read the words.
We came back to the villa and I hit the water to see what is happening in Great Cruz Bay. Our villa is n the left hand side of the Westin as you look out to the sea. About 300 yards from the Westin beach. We have a stone step entrance to the water so no issues. Went on up and saw a lot of juveniles and even a lobster. A peacock flounder played hide and seek with me but I got her pic. A dad and his two kids were riding one of those big three wheel boatcycles near me so I looked up and there was a BIG firehose size baracuda just looking at me about 5 feet away. Hello....I was just leaving....I hope he knew snorkel english!!! Frogs are talking to me as I type this out on the beach area. The full moon is so bright. I better put on moonscreen....I had to say that..thank you The Munsters....old program that I loved.
We ran into Doug who used to own the Donkey Dinner. His bride, Clare, is expecting. I met Doug 1 mile from my house in Va. He used to be in the wine making bizz and knew our friend and client near us. We would visit each time we were here to see them at the DDiner. His folks live near us. Yes it is a small world.
The bugs are going away. Can we say yipee! Just talked to DC PHOTO aka Sandy and her group who went with Capt John today. Great trip no problems. ...The saga continues..tune in tomorrow my Forum Family....God bless....Bill

Thanks, Bill! Great reporting and love the moonscreen reference - flipping thru channels the other day and believe it or not saw an episode of the Munsters with that reference! We're staying in Coral Bay - we'll watch for the baby donkey! Vie's beach is on our list too...soon come... :D
