by cool breeze
Tuesday began with a return trip to Hawksnest where Cindy and I enjoyed the solitude of the morning before taking our "newbies" Paul and Diann to our favorite place in Coral Bay where else but "Skinny's

<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... wknest.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... wknest.jpg" border="0" alt="cindy at Hawknest"></a>
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... innies.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... innies.jpg" border="0" alt="My Favorite Place on the Island"></a>
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... innys2.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... innys2.jpg" border="0" alt="skinny's back yard"></a>
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... kinnys.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... kinnys.jpg" border="0" alt="skinny's out back"></a>
Skinny's has become one of our favorite spots on the island which I am sure will lead to us looking at Coral Bay in the near future for a villa rental. After a great burger it was time for enjoying the villa.
I am going to follow Augie's lead on his TR and give a liitle clip on the villa Sapphire Breeze. It will start with Paul and Diann loving life in our beautiful paradise.
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... radise.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... radise.jpg" border="0" alt="fun in paradise"></a>
As you can see one of the highlights of this villa is the pool and terrace area it;s nothing short of spectacular.
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... eviews.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... eviews.jpg" border="0" alt="beautiful views"></a>
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... erfall.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... erfall.jpg" border="0" alt="waterfall"></a>
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... trance.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... trance.jpg" border="0" alt="sapphire entrance"></a>
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... rtwork.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... rtwork.jpg" border="0" alt="sapphire tilework"></a>
After another fine day that ended with great food, music and relaxation Wednesday would be Cruz Bay day for shopping and sightseeing for our friends Paul and Diann. After a start at the Gecko Gazebo
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... kopair.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... kopair.jpg" border="0" alt="Diann &amp; Cindy"></a>
it was time to head down to STJ Spice Co. to meet Ruth in person. Along the way we were treated to a friendly iguana down by the ferry dock.
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... iguana.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... iguana.jpg" border="0" alt="Cruz Bay Iguana"></a>
It's always great to see the reaction from someone who has never experienced an Iguana before.
While introducing ourselves to Ruth I have to tell a quick story relative to a previous post I did called its a small world. A long story short Ruth worked with our friend Paul in Boston some 25 to 30 years ago. After some great conversation we stopped in at Waterfront Bistro for a drink and to keep the world small discovered the bartender Ali owned a house in our home town of Barrington N.H, It really is a small world!
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... bistro.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... bistro.jpg" border="0" alt="Waterfront Bistro"></a>
after another fantastic day it was ended with a beautiful moonlit night.
<a href="http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... onshot.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i986.photobucket.com/albums/ae34 ... onshot.jpg" border="0" alt="stj moon shot"></a>

Beautiful view from the deck and pool!! It would be hard to leave the villa.

We are going to have to give Skinny Legs another try. We went there during our first St. John trip and weren't impressed. We must have missed something?
