Made ya look didn't I Took these last Fall. Headin down today on the bike and see what I can shoot. Hopefully something shows up, these guys were very accomidating for me.

LOL! We have more of these PITA's around here than I saw in Canada. You can't take a walk in a park around here without slipping on their "Goose Grease". There are even company's that go around with dogs to clear areas. Still they are hard not to admire beauty wise.

Really beautiful! I hope you get some more good shots today!

they've followed me to NC. Canadian-frickin geese living in NC year round. I would have thought we would not see them any more after moving from NJ.

We had a gaggle of them living on the lawn of a company I used to work for. You'd have to hiss back at them to gain clearance to the office. Well...you probably didn't, but I used to. It was fun to argue with geese at 7:45AM

Our "hound dog" walked past about a hundred of them the other day and never notice they were there. Some hound.

We've got some full-timers on the coast as well...it's pretty sad though.. they have staked out the retention ponds at Home Depot and Wally World...at least they have one on each side of town to rotate to.. Used to be there was only one "flock" and they wintered at an old property on the sound... I hear them every morning doing a fly-by on the way to the blue-lite special.. kinda makes me sad.. on the other hand... we have snowy egrets roosting in the trees...looks real purty...but that guano $hit...stanks!!

Boats, I hear ya on that guano issue! When the Swallows return to San Juan Capistrano, we call it San Juan Crapistaino!

HaHa!1 In the early spring when the Robins return here, they eat all the holly and dogwood berries, and well, lets just say it seems to go right through them. You want to talk about crap.

Hard to believe these guys were almost extinct about a hundred years ago. We have the same thing around here, they're everywere. Boats you crack me up Gurl They do take a much better looking pic in their natural setting. No good pics CG the animals were in hiding today not sure why it was 55 and sunny.
