Back to reality......UGH!!

We got back home from STJ late last night (11-8-09). Crashing back to reality really is hard but we had an amazing time!

Minde...it was great meeting you & Blaine also; wish we could have had more time together! Again, thank you for all the stuff you gave us...it ALL came in very handy!
After y'all left, Sam (resident Cruz Views cat) basically spent the week at our place! He went through a whole box of cat food. He truly was a joy & a pleasure to have around...always waiting for us when we came 'home'....so wanting to be loved.
We bought a hummingbird feeder/hummingbird nectar & had a blast watching all the hummers; of course sugar for the bananaquits on that side of the island...easy entertainment.

We're just rolling Sam/DickHead over from one adoptive family to another! I wonder who's next?
(and I wanted to apologize for being a "hugger"....I caught Ruth off guard, too
) I'm from a real friendly place I guess!

Minde....I'm a huge hugger!! no need to apologize for that! Having grown up in the South hugging is as natural as breathing (sometimes I have to remind myself that not everyone is as used to it as I am). Glad you are though!
There were a few people at Cruz Views when we left yesterday so I'm hoping one will 'adopt' Sam...I'm sure he'll snuggle up to them all. We have 2 cats here at home so having him spend time with us was quite natural & enjoyable. Your tr/pics are AMAZING!! Thank you so much for posting these - we did alot of the same things that y'all did.
Rachelle/Joe: missed y'all so much! I'm hoping we can make it back in May..hopefully close to when y'all are gonna be there. We had a blast though; visited 3 villas for possible rental which was alot of fun & not very time consuming but we were able to see/visit them in one morning.

Reality is REALLY hard!
I wish we could have made it to the beach bar to meet all of you.
My daughter named that cat Panda.
She thought that the other names were mean.
