I remember hearing something about a 'mobile kitchen' serving BBQ in Coral Bay -- does anyone have info?

I have eaten BBQ from there once and it was good but really can't tell you what times/days they are currently serving, but there is BBQ on Saturday nights at the Donkey Diner that is supposed to be fantastic

for the life of me , i cannot remember the gentleman's name--but he used to cook at Joes BBQ --and then set up his own place in CB--it's very good.
