Need a van/transfer service in the Philly airport area....

We have a nine-person group for our upcoming winter STJ trip.
We are taking a van from our area to a Philly airport the night before our 7am flight.
There is a special needs person in this group and the hotel shuttle is presenting a problem we would like to avoid - too long to explain, crowds and sensory issues.
Does anyone know of a local van/transport service in the airport area we could hire to take us from the hotel to the airport?
With luggage, a regular taxi wouldn't work for the ones that want/need to avoid the shuttle.
A quick googling turned up many sites but I was hoping maybe someone in the Philly area used a similar service for work/pleasure transportation.
