What did you do to the weather down here? I just got here yesterday and because the people I was supposed to meet up with had cancelled flights, I am alone down in Nokomis, Fl and it it 55 degrees!
I was hoping for some beach time. At least I could have pretended it was STJ!

I guess I shouldn't complain with all of the people that are stuck at airports due to the weather.
At least I am safe.

What's the temperature up in Wisconsin?

Hey and all us stuck in below zero temps. I stoped at the brat hut for you and no return favor. Head south and find warm weather.

Yea, I just went outside and 55 feels warm. I think I will go LOOK at the ocean. It's just a few miles away from here.

OK – Here’s the deal:

• 55 in Fla or -55 somewhere up north.
• Jacket on setting at a Tiki Bar in Fla – trapped in your home up north
• Clear roads in Fla – Ice roads up north.
• Birds chirping in Fla – no birds up north (they all flew here)
• Go to Key West (Current temp 71 degrees) – go south up north, still have snow & ice.
• All in all – “It’s Better in Florida right now”

Sea-Nile, what are you doing in Nokomis.FL? My company has a facility there. It’s now one of your “Main Stream” towns.

My Mom lives in Nokomis but I am actually here for my Grandfather's funeral (Dad's side).
Anyway my sister and I thought that we would extend the stay to have some warm beach Florida time. Sister- still not here, Mom-in Orlando for work so I am alone.
I went to the beach and walked. It was still OK and yes better than Wisconsin right now!

I am sure we will have a little fun.
