The deadline to get in on the ornament exchange is November 20th.

I have replies from 14 people so far who want to exchange, a couple have declined this year, and there are 26 I haven't heard from who signed up last year.

REMEMEBER: If you signed up last year, your name is on the list, but to be included in this year's exchange you need to reply to your Elfster invitation, or CONTACT ME and I can accept on your behalf.

How do you get to be a a part of the exchange? It sounds like fun, but I maybe already missed the deadline for this year?

Oh! So glad I didn't miss it. I actually bought an ornament while on STJ just for the purpose but then I saw a thread on the off topic board about not doing it this year. Count me in. PM on the way Margo! Thanks for doing it.
