I do believe that Leinster is my favorite snorkel spot now. Here are just a couple shots of what I saw today. I did see about a 3 foot shark but I couldnt get my camera up fast enough.

Saw some rays:


And saw some turtles:

Thanks for posting. You have had a great day--although I have been assured that reef and nurse shark aren't aggressive I still don't like swimming with them--I wouldn't have been able to get my camera either but for other reasons.

HaHa I think my wife just about jumped out of the water when she finally saw it. I was trying to swim as fast as I could to keep up with it without scaring it too much, but didnt happen.

great pics !! Can't believe how close you got to the turtle!

The shark would have to take it's own picture cause I'd be back-peddling back to the beach! ha..

Thanks for the great photos! We hope to see many turtles and sting rays when we visit for the first time this summer...hoping not to see any sharks!!! I don't know if I would be able to tell a nurse or reef shark apart from another type...just know I would be out of the water fast!!!

Leinster was great yesterday. Turtles and rays everywhere. It was just us until about 10:30.
