Just went walking in the back 40, it was a beautiful afternoon-how do the leaves manage to smell soooo good this time of year? I love this season(when it's not raining anyway!) especially now that harvest is over. Had to share....

Beautimus.!! (really, we don't get the same color sometimes..)Ok, I give up and you need to give it up about "the harvest"..my guess is right coast, vineyard, upstate New York..that's my final answer!

What camera did you use to take these?

I will try to remember to take some tomorrow to show you. It is pretty here too but way way way too much rain. Our poor farmers are having a really hard time getting the crop out.

Thanks! Yep, beautiful NYS foliage, and the concord crop is just finishing up this week to Welch's and others. It's a Sony cybershot-real nice compact, fits in your pocket camera. Does a nice job for such a little thing, takes videos too which is fun.

Gorgeous! It looks like it smells good!!

I had every intention of taking fall shots two weekends ago but the 5 inches of snow shot that idea.

The local trees are very vibrant right now but the weather has bee awful.
