Still Waters Villa

Hi, does anybody know if this villa is getting construction noise? Looks like it is in the right area for the building going on.

I read an article recently that Pond Bay construction had stopped due to financing issues but that could change of course.

We were there in May and didn't notice much of anything although we probably were louder 
Place had a great stereo.
I too heard constuction had stopped when we were on island in Sept.
