Also, the St John Coral Bay episode that aired in June is scheduled for Oct 24th.

I just watched the STX episode on my DVR. They lowballed on the house by $121k and surprise they didn't get it. I thought they had to purchase the house before they filmed? I feel really bad for that realtor!
