Parking in Cruz Bay

With that crazy article in the Tradewinds (link posted by designbyroe under the restaraunt info) about the VI police and their parking tickets I was wondering...what are the parking laws in St. John and where are you allowed to park?

For me car rental in downtown Cruz Bay is important for parking at that agency. If not, you can pay at Slims across from Wharfside. Been going to STJ for 22 years and have learned to avoid the VIPD. Use common-sense and you'll have a great vaca! The VIPD is not tourist friendly.
