After flying to Maui this summer on a Boeing 767 and loving it, I was wondering if anyone has a knowledge of any airlines offering Boeing wide body planes from West Coast to East Coast, Miami ?????
I am not flying west coast to east on any more 737's.
Misery!
And I am strictly Boeing, so no airbus or MD 80's.
Thanks!!

AA runs some 763's and 772's between LAX and MIA. Narrow-body STT from MIA
DL runs some 763's and 772's between LAX and ATL, and 763's between SFO and ATL.
Narrow-body to STT from ATL
US may run 762 from CLT to STT seasonally, but looks like no wide-body to CLT from the left coast.

Do you have a beef with Airbus or just single aisle aircraft? The Airbus A330 with Delta, Northwest and US Airways has twin aisles.

Delta has a 767 from SEA to ATL at 0600.

AA owns 268 MD-80 class airplanes, with an average age of 18 years old (!) They still use em on the JFK-STT route and are prone to equipment problem delays at the gate. And thanks to a geriatric fleet of DC-9s, Delta and Northwest's average fleet age is 13 years old.

I don't think AA has ever operated the MD-80 series into STT from anywhere. Currently 757's, Eagle ATR-72's from SJU, and perhaps an occasional 767 during peak season. In the past A300's and the venerable 727.
