Greetings!
Just wanted to poke my head in and say Hi...
"HI!"
I'm not dead, just been SUPER busy!
Looking forward to our sailing trip with ScubaGirl and VickiH in December -- 75 days soon come!
The trip report of all trip reports will surely follow!
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Are we there yet?
Glad to see that folks on here are still doing well and having fun in the VI!

Are you doing the BVIs?
Any particular stops planned?
We spent a great afternoon at Cooper.

Hey Girlfriend - glad to know you are still alive
What are your dates in December and when are you on STJ (if at all) must plan a "skeeter" day if you are

Yeah, we're going to be doing mostly BVI's -- basically we're trying to aim for places that are off the beaten path, with a few of the usual spots in between:
Cooper island, Bitter end, sandy spit, Jost.
We're going to avoid the biggies like the Baths (been there, done that!)
I'm sure we'll include a stop on STJ and will let folks know when we know what day that will be
In typical pirate fashion we're totally open to unusual recommendations!

So glad to hear that all is well Gromit. I have missed your posts as well as Flip Flop's!

Thanks JDW!
The REAL question is though -- is there enough refrigeration to make Jell-O shots on the boat??

Agree with PA Girl! Saba Rock is really nice and have great lunch. A special place! Perfect for boaters/sailers. Not crowded.

Ive heard good things about Leverick Bay in the north Sound on Virgin Gorda... They have a buffet and Mock Jumbie party on Fridays. You also should really try to get to Anegeda! Are you bareboating or do you have a captain?

PS... Cooper can be a rolly anchorage in the winter. But its a nice laid back stop. There have been some recent issue with Cooper Island Beach Club, only resturant option on CI, but they might have worked them out.

We were at Leverick several times in February.
The first was for the Jumbie party. I have mixed feelings on that. It was extremely crowded, extremely loud and everyone appeared to be extremely drunk. I am a party girl but it was a bit too much like a college frat party. The buffet food was surprisinly good.
If you go, get there early, very early. Make reservations.
We had a fanatasic meal at the second floor restaurant a few nights later.
We went back one or two other times to shop and catch the launch to Saba.
