Just got back - thanks everyone

Hi everybody - we just got back from Puglia, with a stop in Ascoli Piceno on the way home (very nice town). Thanks for all the help with the storms, the spam alerts, and everything else. Usually on "vacation" I am still working except for the actual travel days, but the Salento peninsula is kind of like the end of the earth - I had a USB cell modem that only got 2G reception and it pretty much made it pointless to try to use the web so I really appreciate the help.
It was great to be away from the computer for so much time - it has literally been about 15 years of being "plugged in" for me, even when I get to the VI. This trip we all went to the beach (or two) almost every day, and visited a bunch of great towns.
Anyway - I have a few hundred emails to get through, but I will post some pics as soon as I can and hopefully more details too.
