Just found this gem, which is available for our wedding next Feb. A little out of our price range, but I am tired of playing the 'find a villa' game.
I searched the archives, and there were some good reviews. Anyone else care to chime in?

there are reviews already? it's pretty new. I posted a link to their construction blog a while back. did you see it?
I have chatted with the owner and he seems like a nice guy. the place looks lovely!

Hi...we just rented Apito for the end of October/early November and will let you know our reveiw. Viva has been fabulous to work with and highly recommended this villa. I've been in contact with the owners (Tom and Lori) and they too have been wonderful. They allowed us to rent for 4 nights instead of the minimum 5 night rentals during the off season period. We are really looking forward to staying here!
