Looking a lot more likely that this will be an issue for the VI in the coming days -

We'll be following along and posting whatever we can find our hurricane blog - http://www.caribbean-on-line.com/hurricanes/

I just woke up and saw that on the news. Who's going to be on the VI next week (besides Pia, Ruth, and Kirk... )?

Now Tropical Storm Ana, forecast to be upon us on Monday.... wide disagreement in the projections for strengthening, could be still a TS, or up to a category 2.

Tropical Storm Ana, followed by TD-3 which is immediately followed by Invest 90. We have a lot of activity out there right now...

Be safe everyone!

That's the attitude! When we were there in April they got 8" of rain in one day...We stayed inside, played Monopoly, watched movies, and drank...It was actually fun! You just have to roll with it..You can't change the weather.. :D

Be sure to check your flight... that looks like you will probably land in about the worst part of the storm.... if they don't delay your flight, that is.

If you are coming Monday, make sure your flight is not canceled. Just read on the Source that they are closing the St. John Port at 9am Monday in preparation of Ana. Not sure how long they will leave it closed.

St.John Julie, we are planning to be arriving at the Westin come this Friday (mid-day). Will the Westin shut down it's Ferry as well if they decide to close the port in preparation for Bill?
