Off to Bermuda

We are going to Bermuda tomorrow. Haven't been in seven years, so it should be interesting to see the changes.
I have to say that trying to research this trip has showed me how great this forum is! There is nothing remotely close to this forum out there for Bermuda. Finding even general information from other travelers as opposed to official tourism sites was really, really hard! Even the well known places like TTOL, Fodors, Frommers, heck, even Trip Advisor, don't have all that much to say about Bermuda.
So, we are basically going in blind, relying on our memories from seven years ago and a moon guide book. I am sure we will have fun anyway!
My boss is leaving for Caneel on Saturday. Yup, I am jealous!

There used to be a great Bermuda forum, but due to some in-fighting, it died.

have a great time! i went there once, in 1995; it will be interesting to hear about your time there. i think it was just about the friendliest place i ever visited.

I look forward to your take on it too Becky. We went on a cruise several years ago. It was expensive then and I didn't think the beaches came close to the Csribbean but we liked it. Very formal in comparison to St John, IMHO.... You and John have fun!!

Have a great time! I've always thought of Bermuda as formal and humid; perhaps a misperception. Looking forward to your report. (btw, didn't you just get back from 3 weeks in STJ?/happy, positive envy.) Ali~

I haven't been to Bermuda in years. Take lots of pics for us and have a great time. It should be a great time of year to be there....nice and warm.

Funny Bermuda is one of those places we looked at and could not find a ton of information. Finding this site helped move us to USVI instead this year.
I hope you do a trip report, I would love to read more about it. Have a great time!
