Small place for two, for a week

Here I go with the questions again! We're going to try to go to paradise again in October. I think we've found the place we'll be staying, but in case that doesn't work out, any ideas for two people?

1. Don't want to be in Cruz Bay (the town area), anywhere else that's considered safe.
2. Cheap  (1,000 or less for a week)
3. A kitchen.
4. "Privacy" would be nice, a pool would be nice, air would be nice (dear Lord, we'd really appreciate some sunshine for this trip  ) None of those are necessary though. We are easy!
I have done my homework and looked at Cruz Views, Sailview, Samuel's Cottages, etc, but couldn't decide. I'd love to hear some personal views. Thanks!!!

We've stayed at Cruz Views the last few years and realy like it. Not too close to town, but close enought. And right off centerline Rd. So very convenient to the beaches.

Great Great View and nice pool, AC and kitchen. They are not fancy, but clean and good price.

Happy planning!
Pam

Cruz Views #9 is about as small as it gets and still have a separate kitchen. Its got a nice balcony that is private enough for our behaviors and the pool is up some stairs. We like it for going cheap.

Cheers, RickG

You may want to check out La Dolce Vita's efficiency in Coral Bay. We loved it!

If you do not mind a million dollar view, and fresh breezes, then look at this Coral Bay garden level villa I know well. It is a great deal. The view is just above Aqua Bistro. So it is very convenient to all of Coral Bay and the north shore. My friends stayed here last week and loved it. It is up to date and very clean. Recently redone inside.

It maybe just over your $1,000 budget but check out Coconut Coast. I've stayed there twice before and loved it. Both units I've rented were great. A/C, kitchen, veranda over looking Turner Bay, small pool, etc. It's an easy walk into town if you don't want to rent a jeep, but if you do there is parking avail.

I would stay there in a heartbeat if there was air conditioning :D

We are also looking for a cheap place for our next trip.

I think you have the wrong forum. This is for the United States Virgin Islands.

The post was intentional but not by someone with much business savvy since this is USVI forum.

The link in the signature of a new poster is a dead giveaway that it's SPAM :)

We stayed at this place about 10 years ago. It says 1050 off season. Interesting smaller place in that you walk out your screened door and there is the pool and it's elevated.

Maybe someone here has stayed more recently. We found it convenient to town although there is a bit of hike from the bend at Gallows up to the unit.

It is located next to Bouganvilla (sp)

We stayed there in 2005...it was decent but definitely getting run down. It could be great if they fixed it up a bit.
