just a little fun camera because sometimes I just don't want all the gear. Just got it delivered. It's the Nikon L100. I didn't know this when purchasing but it's get a pre set mode for Food. HA! Imagine? Food porn has really caught on!
I wonder if I could <gasp> take just this little camera to STJ one day?

 Kinda doubt it!

				Hi MaryBeth,
It was me that recommended that orange chipotle mayo! Isn't it delicious? But seriously, you must try the jamaican jerk turkey burgers. They are my daughter's favorite meal!! We're right here in NJ, you'll have to come over the next time we make them.....

Mary Beth, that's a really good picture. Ok, so it's a little fuzzy...so what...the lighting is perfect! Nothing is burnt out by the flash! Next time put your camera on your gorilla pod and voila! Excellent food porn!

CA Girl there was no flash which I think is the whole point of the setting. TRipod - yeah ... next time. Couldn't find it at the time!
Hi Lisa .. I liked that mayo but I didn't go the whole way with the jerk sauce. But I will

Will report back with results! Thanks again for that!

Orange chipotle mayo...where is this recipe? I think I am making burgers tonight.
I rarely get good photos of food without my tripod. They almost always come out blurry.
Have fun with your new camera!

MaryBeth are you happy with your camera? I am looking into a new camera and the Nikon L100 is something I had looked at. I am leaning towards a Canon Power Shot SX10IS. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Laurie

reall all I have done with it is food pic's and that's taken some getting used to. one thing I can tell you is I don't like where the batteries and sd card are stored. very awkard to open. other than that I like it so far.
took this picture with it a few hours ago.
