SeaRock Villa?

We are two couples looking at possibly renting SeaRock near Coral Bay. The pictures look amazing, but we have not seen any reviews. Has anyone on this forum stayed there? While the house looks wonderful, we are a little concerned that there is no pool, only outside showers, and a shared bathroom/shower for the two bedrooms. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!

It is a very pretty house :)

If you can find House Hunters International (I believe you can watch on-line maybe?) and watch the repeat it is shown on that show.

We inquired about it for next April and they wouldn't rent it that far out because it's for sale. They told us to check back in Dec. but I didn't want to wait that long. The outdoor showers are really quite nice on-island but I don't think I'd want to share. The villa is in a beautiful spot.

The house is really cool. IF you want your own bathrooms, one of the couples can just go upstairs quite easily where there is an amazing outdoor shower and nice bathroom. Definately an artists place. No worries about the pool, the hot tub is great, and the outdoor areas are plentiful and comfortable.

Thanks for the reply. For what seems like such a cool house, it is strange that there don't seem to be many first hand accounts or reviews.

Pete,

Kat and Dave have a lot of repeat and long term renters that use the house - many migrated over from Aerie after they sold that house a few years back. Probably why there hasn't been much posting about the house. These (KAt and Dave) are good people...you won't be disappointed I'm sure.

Just to let everyone know that Sea Rock went under contract yesterday.

When you say the property is "under contract", does that mean there is an offer or that there is an offer that has been accepted? Didn't you say that Casa Bueno was also under contract"?

Yes, both homes (Casa Bueno and Sea Rock) have received an offer and they have been accepted by the seller.

I was just watching the House Hunters and kept saying (about Sea Rock) I want that house. So much so that my daughter looked at my husband and said, "Daddy just buy her the house!!!"
