A week is NOT enought!

Well here is a very short trip report for our time on island this year. For the first time in years we could only stay a week and that was not nearly enought time. After very long flights from LA we finally arrived at St. Thomas, picked up the car and headed for St. John. First stop always Starfish!!! As we pulled into the parking lot I saw a local car with the license plate shown here!
( You see my parents didn't know to name me SNORKELQUEEN so they choose Faith instead) What a great way to start our trip - seeing my name on island! We proceeded to Cloud 9 villa, which we loved from last year. The deck and house are amazing.
Next day,
First stop Ditliff and lucky enough the gate was open!
We all had the best snorkel of years on island, saw huge fish and beautiful coral around the point. Back to the villa for an evening of star gazing and an amazing sunset.

Next few days we hit the beach every day, enjoying everything St. John has to offer. Too many pictures to share but here's one of my favorite places, looking at Gibney from the right corner of Hawksnest
We got up on Friday and hit the National Park dock to meet the guys from Lion in Da Sun. Again, I must say this trip was short but charmed!!! We had our best boat trip in years with Jordan (see my review a few pages back) After a quick stop at the Baths to have a drink at Mad Dog and splash around in the perfect water
we headed to the Caves, the Willy-T
(that's me and the "kids" on deck) and then on to the Indians for a perfect day on the water.
We choose a "Villa Day" next and just hung out!
shoes, bathing suits off
and jello shots in!!! The "kids were gone!!! Thanks Bev!
The view from the deck of the Westin and bay is amazing!!!
We managed to miss the gathering at the forum on Sunday because we spent too much time in Coral Bay but I thought good thought of all my forum friends and had a drink (or several) at Skinny's.
Our last night we said good bye to SJ with another sunset view from Warfside Village
Enjoyed drinks at Waterfront Bistro
Smiled for the camera one last time and vowed to return again next year!
Thanks again to all my forum friends for tips and advice - you're the best!!!
By the way Bev, I continue to make Jello Shots at home!!! YIPPEE
