Is there a place on STJ to get something to float on while we are at the beach so we don't have to bring them from home?

Your rental may have noddles. We have stayed at places that had a great selection of toys and some that had nothing aside from chairs.

The dive shop at the Westin does have noodles. I was just there two weeks ago and I think they were $8 each. I think the hardware store behind the Starfish Market has them also.

I love to bring the noodle chairs - so small and easy to pack them and then pick up the noodles on island.

Can usually find them for less at K-Mart, Target, Wal-Mart.

I just left Chelsea and no noodles today but they do have alot of plastic blow up rafts to lay on - you can always find them on the center round display unit.
