Wisconsin summer forum party

Tracy, Tom, Sitter, Chickadee, Marcia and Pete and anyone else interested,
I just thought that I'd get the ball rolling on this summer forum party. I have talked with some of you about dates and ideas for the party. Tracy said she'd like to have us on her boat and that we could stay at a nearby hotel. I will let her find the best hotel with a bar and a pool so we can have some fun there too. We should probably reserve some rooms soon.
Summers are busy so dates will be a challenge. Tracy said that she liked July. Tom and I discussed dates and between us I came up with June 30, July 28 or maybe Aug 4th.
It doesn't just have to be WI people either, just those willing to drive to Madison.
What do you all think? It will be a great time!
We can send PM's if this thread gets long and annoying.

{I'm not really senile(sea-nile)}. Don't ask Tom though, he may tell you otherwise).

I live in NYC but graduated UW/Madison in 1970. Does that
count? Can I come? I'd love a walk down Mifflin or Gorham Streets.
So psyched...going to St John 2 weeks from today. YAY!!!

Hmmm... Madison is only 90 minutes from my house. Do ya think that there would be room for an FIP?

Maybe we could make it a floatilla. We've got room on our boat for 8. Based on the response, we may need the extra room.

I have a (very small) cheesehead. Tracy gave it to me.
Does that mean I can go to the Wisconsin party????

Here's my motto - the more the merrier! I guess even if you are from Illinois!! No offense meant!
My boat holds 13 (max) unless we want it to sink - which it almost has once(it's a pontoon, so not at all too fancy!)! So we may need a flotilla with Pete and Marcia's boat!
Unfortunately for all of you, the June 30th date won't work because I'll be back on STJ with the kids. Not to rub it in or anything! I'll check the other listed dates.
And, again - the more the merrier! I will get talking to Marcia to figure out a good hotel - with a bar and a pool!

Not that it matters too much if we are there, but we can't make it on the July 28-August 4 dates mentioned before because we're going to be on STJ with the kids, too.

Let's throw some other dates out there. Maybe I will have to come without hubby and let him attend the car show or race with my son and I can bring my daughter.
Hmm sitter's daughters and mine, Tom you'd better bring your sons!

Sitter,
My daughter will be 16 on Valentine's day.
Memorial Weekend would work for us. We will be going to STJ on June 8th so we would be just a little excited! We wouldn't have recent pictures though.
