Mosquitos soon come..............maybe

OK, just a little note that we might, again only might, have a new crop of mosquitos in about 10 days
Nothing like the last crop as that Monday rain was the first heavy rain in months but I hear Cruz bay got 5" overnight (nothing here in Coral Bay) and we are having a great downpour - with thunder and lightening as well - for the last hour or so.
Usually this means mosquitos soon come, so if you are arriving in 7 to 10 days just bring some Deet but again they won't be too bad (we hope
)

I'd think you need transfusions living down there...Have you ever tried rubbing gin on yourself?
Les could use vermouth and you'd make a marvelous martini together!!

We'll be there at the start of the swarms, if they come! We have the Deet packed. Our son is camping in Minnesota when we are gone, so we can compare mosquito bites when we get back!

Too true Kirk, too true
I have to say though, they were almost gone at our house and all beaches were great except Maho where they were 80% better than 2 weeks ago.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
I guess I am just going to have to resign myself to looking like I have the pox again.
Note to self: stop at REI on the way home for super strength DEET. Maybe they have those fancy racket shaped bug swatters too. Hmm...

So PIA was it a knickers off night last night or just a regular margarita night.
