As some of you know, we're planning our wedding on St. John for next April and we're on the villa hunt! I've come across 2 more villas and wanted to see if any of you had any personal experience with them or at least know of or have seen them?

The villas are Beach Villa and Beach Estate (both located on the point between Great Cruz Bay & Chocolate Hole). They are rented through Artistic Villas.

I stayed at Beach Villa for 5 nights a few years ago -- it's a beautiful house, with amazing gardens and a lovely pool. There's ocean access, but I never found swimming in Great Cruz Bay very appealing.

I've never stayed at Beach Estate, but I've been in the house.
