USVI-On-Line

I just finished speaking with Bank of America and they told me there are no ATMs in the USVI where I can use my card without incurring a $5 fee per use.

A couple of years ago I was able to use it in St Lucia at the Scotia Bank free of charge.

Can anyone confirm this information?

I used mine in Cruz Bay in April at Scotia Bank and was only charged $2.00. Maybe Bank of America is charging you a fee too. My bank doesn't charge a fee.
