Work still being done on the Roundabout

I just got back from St. John and they are still doing work on the roundabout. They were working on it back in October when I was there. During the week, we never saw anyone actually doing any work, although my wife did see someone sitting in a truck in the worksite taking a smoke break once. (does that count?)
Should we place our bets on when we think they will be done with it? I get June of 2010.

Actually, we had a great trip. I had a couple of newbies go with us. Not sure if one or two of them really get it though. I guess that is a good thing and keeps the island from getting too much like the other ones. My father complained about having to drive up and down steep roads all the time.????? I tried to tell him "if you want flat, boring and full tourists, I can recommend a bunch of other islands to go to. If fact, I am going to Grand Cayman in August for a wedding, and although the beaches there are nice, it is still not St. John.

I'll take November 10, 2010. Do we win anything if we are closest, or just bragging rights?

I guess just bragging rights on how things work on the rock. I do not want to get in any trouble for gambling.

I'm game for April 2011-- what can I say? I'm a bit cynical about any on island project that isn't actually making someone some money other than the contractor 8)

I think those are all very optimist guesses :)
